Yury BOROVITSKY (St Petersburg) was born in Chukotka in 1955. He graduated from design department of Leningrad Higher Arts-Industrial College named after V.I. Mukhina in 1982. Since 1992 a member of the Russian Union of Artists. He is one of the most famous european graphic designers, outstanding master of mezzotint technique. He is a winner of a number of international graphics and bookplate competitions.
