Vladimir ZUEV (Nizhni Tagil) was born in Sverdlovsky region in 1959. He graduated from Nizhni Tagil Pedagogical Institute in 1981. He is associate professor and the head of graphics studio of Nizhni Tagil Social-Pedagogical Academy. Since 1989 a member of the Russian Union of Artist. He works in mixed technique on the base of etching, aquatint, soft varnish. He is an acknowledged master of modern bookplate. He is a winner of a number of international graphics competitions.
