Since 1985 - active participient of the Leningrad-St-Petersburg art life
In 2005 has participated in the largest charitable art action of the world "Cow parade", passing under the aegis of the "Sotheby's Art Auction House"
In 2007 has participated in charitable auction of Petersburg fund "Favour" in support of sick children of Russia
In 2007 Andrey Bell has been awarded by President of Russian Federation with "the Country Distinguished Service Order II Medal" for his merits in the culture and art sphere
